Sarvarth is responsible for Leah's development, strategy, and growth. He has led the conceptualization, design, and development of ContractPodAi and continues to lead all innovation initiatives, new routes to market, and commercialization strategy. A thought leader in the legal sector, Sarvarth has written several articles and spoken at numerous conferences in the legal technology and legal services space. And as a corporate and commercial lawyer, he worked in private practice with leading law firms in Asia, focussing on M&A, capital markets, corporate restructuring transactions, and cross-border joint venture agreements in the insurance, information technology, and financial sectors. Often, Sarvarth was called upon by clients to advise on complex regulatory issues, foreign investments, and taxation matters.
