Manpreet builds and delivers legal digital transformation plans, and leads legal engineering and work flow automation implementations for all of customers. Prior to joining ContractPodAi, she was Legal Counsel at BSH (Bosch and Siemens group of companies), where she led a digital transformation project and successfully implemented ContractPodAi at the business. As a result, she has valuable experience and knowledge as a user of the software. Manpreet, as a hands-on commercial lawyer, also has in-depth knowledge of IT law, and has experience drafting and negotiating all types of agreements - from IT to procurement and sales contracts.
